What's the process?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Our Manufacturer will usually ship within 3 days of confirmation of your order.

how can i pay?
Footy Kit Rail only accepts payment via Paypal currently. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, and Maestro will all be accepted shortly.

can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our UK facility, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website

when will i get my package?
We ask that you allow up to 20 working days to receive your purchase. Please see our Returns page for further information.
